Workshop - Working with budgets and forecasts

In our May meeting, we got started with working on budgets.  In this meeting we will learn about the different types of budgets and why forecasting is important.

In this workshop, we'll go further. Christine (Tina) Kloski, owner of TKI Tax and Bookkeeping will show us how to use budgets and forecasts as tools for financial forecasting.

We will:

• Review what financial forecasting is and why is it important.
• Learn about the different types of budgets, so you can choose which is best for your business.
• Learn to use budgets, forecasts, and cash flows to make business decisions.
